WHY THE FUNDRAISER MATTERS TO YOU AS PARENTS

For 10 years, Bayview Christian School has endeavored to keep tuition prices low to help the families of our community. The only way we can keep those tuition costs low is to raise a significant amount of money through our fundraisers.  The more participation we get from our fundraisers, the better the overall program of the school can be! You can help us by helping your kids sell their tickets!

HOW DOES BBQ THE FUNDRAISER WORK?

Step 1: Your kids receive envelopes with tickets and instructions on Fundraiser Kickoff Day (this year was Sept. 16)

Each envelope contains 5 BBQ chicken tickets and 5 BBQ pork tickets, each good for one meal platter.

Step 2: Your kids sell those tickets to family, friends, neighbors, etc.

Tickets can be sold from Sep. 16-Oct. 3, and online tickets are available as well.

It is important that each ticket sold has a name associated with it (the person who purchased the ticket) and that the distinction is made between chicken meals and pork meals.

Step 3: Your kids turn in the envelope with payments for the tickets to the school office.

IMPORTANT: Your children will not qualify for any incentives if their envelopes aren't turned in.

(they could sell 50 tickets but if the envelope isn't turned in, they will not receive any credit for the sales).
If you ever need more tickets or a new envelope, our office will gladly provide them!

EARLY BIRD CHICK-FIL-A LUNCH

Students who sell 10 tickets in the first week of sales receive a catered chick-fil-a lunch as a reward.

In order to qualify:

1.  Must have sold 10 tickets

(or received donations that equal 10 tickets, or a combination of both.)

2. Envelope showing those 10 ticket sales must be turned in by Sept.  26

Envelopes turned in after Sept. 26 can still receive regular incentives, but will NOT qualify for the early-bird lunch.

Step 4: Your kids receive incentives for selling tickets, including treats, catered lunch for early bird qualifiers, homework passes, extra recess, casual days, gift cards, soak the teacher or principal, and even cash prizes for top sellers!
